Pricing
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and may be subject to change without any prior notice. Please also note that we may not be able to guarantee the availability of any product. Due to nature of holding certain items that are sometimes of limited edition or made individually, re-ordering can cause delay. Where this is the case we shall use our best endeavours to let you know immediately, so that you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order.
Payment Terms
All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express and Diner’s Card.
Full payment for your order has to be received and cleared prior to despatch of goods. Please note that the items provided do not come with any guarantees or warranties, unless specifically mentioned.
Postage
Purchases can be sent to a different address from the one billed. When you Checkout, you will see that you have the option of changing your shipping address to another. All bills will be sent to your billing address only. Thus, purchases can be sent as gifts without the bill being received by the recipient.
UK orders placed before midday shall be sent out the same day and delivered the following working day (weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays excepted). Note, this applies only to UK deliveries; European deliveries will take between three to five days and for those outwith the EU please allow seven+ days. However, you will appreciate that delays occasionally do happen and we cannot take responsibility for any such delays once the goods have left our possession. Occasionally we are away, but when that happens you can still buy from the site, but delivery will inevitably be delayed. When this happens we clearly mark it up on the Home page

If we cannot despatch all or some part of your order, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss the availability of the goods and options for substitute items, refund or likely timescales for fulfillment.
We use two routes of postage:
Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for the smaller and lighter of items.
TNT express delivery for all other items.
Please be aware: both services require a signature upon delivery. If you will be unavailable, please arrange for another to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, you can phone to arrange a different delivery day.

Where a country is not listed and you are unable to proceed with your order, please contact us to arrange timescale and cost of delivery.
In the event that goods arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging and products, unused.
Packaging
Whether sent to you or to another, all our goods are sustainably packaged in tissue paper and boxed or sent in padded recycled envelopes. To receive should be a pleasure. Beautiful presentation is a given, and is something we do. Always. And at no extra cost.
Returns & Cancelling your Order
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any reservations, goods arrived damaged or you have changed your mind, we shall arrange for your payment to be refunded.

Items should be returned in the same manner they were received. If received via Royal Mail Special Delivery, we ask that you return them by the same method. If received by TNT Express, we will arrange a time suitable to you for their collection. Please ensure all returns are packaged securely, preferably in their original packaging. All cost of returns shall be borne by The Lazy Environmentalist.
Your payment will be refunded within 30 days once the unwanted goods have been returned to us. Packages should be addressed to:

Personal Information
The Lazy Environmentalist collects personal information in several ways directly from online visitors: when an order is placed or the visitor registers for a service offered by The Lazy Environmentalist. Access and Change of Personal Information
Only the visitor, and/or upon request from the visitor the Customer Care department can access personal data from the Site using the visitor password and User ID. Information may be changed online within My Details, Shipping Details. Alternatively, please contact by email at registration@lazye.co.uk, stating amendment requested.

Internet Security Technology
When you place an order with us using our secure online order form and a modern web browser such as Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or Netscape’s Navigator, the order is encrypted. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the lazye.co.uk server in such a way that only lazye.co.uk can read it.
